At Quixeralixleel, we stand behind the quality of our flower bed and balcony arrangement services. Our goal is to create beautiful outdoor spaces that exceed your expectations. This policy outlines our approach to service adjustments and plant replacements.
Plant Replacement Policy
We offer a 90-day plant replacement guarantee under the following conditions:
- Plants that fail due to disease present at time of planting
- Plants that fail due to poor plant quality
- Plants that do not establish despite proper care following our instructions
To request a plant replacement, contact us within 90 days of installation with photos of the affected plants.
What Is Not Covered
Our plant replacement guarantee does not cover:
- Plants damaged by improper watering (overwatering or underwatering)
- Plants damaged by extreme weather events (frost, hail, flooding)
- Plants damaged by pests introduced after installation
- Plants damaged by pets, wildlife, or human activity
- Plants that fail due to changes in site conditions after installation
- Annual plants after their natural growing season ends
Service Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our garden design or installation services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address concerns, which may include:
- Adjusting plant placement or arrangement
- Substituting plants that better meet your preferences
- Providing additional maintenance guidance
- Scheduling follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction
Deposit and Cancellation
Project deposits are handled as follows:
- Full refund if cancelled before plant ordering (typically 2+ weeks before scheduled installation)
- Partial refund minus plant costs if cancelled after plants are ordered
- No refund after installation has begun
Please review your service agreement for specific cancellation terms applicable to your project.
Rescheduling Services
We understand plans can change. You may reschedule your installation or consultation without penalty with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests with less notice may be subject to availability.
