Service Agreements
All landscaping services are subject to a separate service agreement that will be provided during the consultation process. This agreement will outline specific project details, pricing, timeline, and terms applicable to your project.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on project complexity, size, and specific requirements. Final pricing will be provided in a detailed quote after consultation. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion.

Plant Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our plants. Plants that fail within 90 days of installation due to plant health issues will be replaced at no charge. This warranty does not cover plant failure due to neglect, improper watering, pest damage, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Quixeralixleel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Weather and Delays
Garden installation and maintenance services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or conditions that would compromise the quality of our work or the health of plants.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice. For project cancellations after a deposit has been paid, please refer to your service agreement for specific terms regarding deposit refunds.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
